The place is VERY, bear, fat daddy, but ESPECIALLY chub and cub friendly. The location looks small on the outside, but surprisingly large on the inside. I managed to get there as early as I could. Although there was a bit of a line, the waiting wasn't that bad, but when I got inside, I have noticed two things: Not only was the place packed, but they were bringing at least 12 boxes of pizza for the bears...and they get more as the event progresses. They have internet use for guests, vending machines with snacks and drinks, and they have a special vending machines with lube, cock rings, and rubber hoses near the entrance. The rooms are very reasonably priced as well. Speaking of rooms, they also have not one, but two sling rooms (one of them is reinforced to hold up to 450 lb chub and bear bottoms).The staff who were working there were very courteous, and they want to make sure that your stay is as good as they promote this event. They have a wide cylindrical shower, making it convenient for chubs, bears and their admirers to take a shower in one place. The steam room is an excellent place to relax and chat, not to mention check out the eye candy. Through my own experience, I ended up chatting with a HOT chub and cub couple while taking a shower after coming out of the steam room and had a LOT of fun afterwards. There is very little attitude there, and the friendly atomosphere makes you want to cu...errr...come back.
